Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision across technology, sustainability, and market expansion domains
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, biotech, and climate-tech innovations
- Establish KPI frameworks for long-term impact measurement and adaptation
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies
- Present foresight analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Anticipate global market shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026+ initiatives
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling initiatives from concept to global implementation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy executions
