Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives in emerging tech domains
- Analyze market trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify growth vectors
- Lead scenario planning and risk assessment for long-term organizational pivots
- Partner with R&D teams to translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Business, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks for tech-driven companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario modeling
- Executive-level communication and presentation abilities
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., CSP, SCMP) or innovation methodologies
