- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable milestones for 2026-2030
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities and accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to track strategy execution and market position evolution
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and market analysis
- Advanced degree in business, economics, engineering, or futures studies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their industry implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with AI-driven analytics tools and data visualization platforms
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM preferred)
