Responsibilities

- Quantify market opportunities through data modeling and trend analysis
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across 15+ global innovation partners
- Lead competitive intelligence initiatives in emerging sectors
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness
- Present findings at industry conferences and executive summits
- Mentor junior futurists on foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published research on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
