Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for sustainable innovation across multiple sectors

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven experience with trend analysis, scenario planning, and roadmapping
