Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, climate resilience, and geopolitical risk factors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams on 2026 market disruptions
- Identify and quantify emerging business models in Web3, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present foresight analyses to investors and board members through data-driven narratives
- Build cross-functional innovation labs with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-of-work trends
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or Technology (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategies for SaaS/tech companies
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Deloitte Tech Trends
- Deep understanding of climate tech, AI governance, and geopolitical risk frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF)
