Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven experience developing long-term frameworks for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Track record of executing future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
