- Analyze global sustainability frameworks to align corporate strategy with planetary boundaries
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological uncertainty
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across innovation pipelines and talent ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions for emerging markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futures consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis across technology, climate, and social domains
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in AI governance or sustainable development frameworks preferred
