- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy aligning with market forecasts and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch disruptive solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof initiatives into core business operations
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including Web3, AR/VR, and sustainable tech
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-backed insights
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products/services post-2020
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology, or Future Studies
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
