Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide innovation frameworks aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scanning' teams to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Design and execute pilot programs for emerging technologies with $2M+ annual budget
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor innovation leaders and cultivate future-ready talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (GenAI, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
