Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 8-10 team members on safety protocols and productivity standards
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend handovers
- Implement process improvements to reduce handling time by 15%
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under weekend pressure
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
