Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Coordinate weekend team operations for order fulfillment and shipping
- Maintain OSHA compliance in warehouse safety protocols
- Train new associates on equipment operation and procedures
- Optimize warehouse layouts for weekend workflow efficiency
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and documentation
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturday-Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
