Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage and resolve complex service tickets within SLA guidelines.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores during weekend shifts.
- Document all interactions and troubleshooting steps in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate critical issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software suite and troubleshooting protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical services.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as a mandatory part of a full-time schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
