Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Coordinate front desk operations and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Supplement weekend staff across dining, concierge, and event services
- Resolve guest inquiries and implement service recovery protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend operations and incidents
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Execute weekend marketing initiatives and guest engagement programs
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards during all operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work exclusively weekends (Fri-Sun) with full-time hours
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
