Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person weekend shift teams in high-volume service environments
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and daily operations documentation
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Train and mentor new team members on service procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility for weekend availability (Friday-Sunday)
- Basic math and inventory management proficiency
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
