Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Manage team of 8-12 weekend associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend shift efficiency
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handovers and operational continuity
- Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues during weekend hours
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with company protocols
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend operational enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/supply chain management with weekend shift experience
- Proven leadership supervising teams of 10+ in warehouse/distribution environments
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make decisive decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holiday coverage
- OSHA certification preferred
