Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations for the weekend shift, ensuring all protocols are followed.
- Supervise a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or patient concerns that arise during the shift.
- Conduct shift handovers with the morning team to ensure continuity of care.
- Prepare detailed shift reports and maintain accurate records.
- Enforce safety and compliance standards strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or operational role is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping software.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
