Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality customer service during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Manage inventory and operational logistics for weekend peak hours
- Maintain safety compliance and store appearance standards
- Train and mentor weekend team members on company protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Process transactions and maintain accurate weekend sales records
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years customer service or retail experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (no weekday obligations)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous weekend shift experience preferred
