Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and assistance via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records with high attention to detail.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock management for weekend operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
