Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows with precision, speed, and accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the facility.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and issues.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete daily shift logs and reports accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision during shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
