Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift, ensuring all workflows adhere to safety and efficiency protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers and clear communication of ongoing projects.
- Monitor quality control standards to minimize errors and maintain high product integrity.
- Assist in training new weekend staff members on standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
