Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, including inventory counts and equipment maintenance records.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts during the weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- License: Valid forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliability: A history of consistent attendance and punctuality is essential.
