Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
- Document patient records accurately using EMR systems
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
- Participate in weekend shift rotations and on-call coverage
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or outpatient experience
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with weekday flexibility
- Proficient in Epic EMR systems
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
