Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Accurately document patient records using electronic health systems
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Coordinate patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as scheduled
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (RN) or Allied Health required
- Current Texas state license/certification in good standing
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems (EPIC preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification required
