- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required
- 2+ years experience in healthcare coordination or nursing
- Valid New Mexico healthcare certification (e.g., CMA, LPN)
- Advanced knowledge of EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong weekend availability with flexible scheduling
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
