Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 7am-7pm)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient records with precision and confidentiality

Qualifications
- Current RN/LPN/CMA or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Weekend shift availability mandatory (no exceptions)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with patients and families
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure weekend environments
- Valid Wisconsin healthcare license (or ability to obtain immediately)
