Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical observations accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families
- Participate in weekend emergency response protocols when needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license or relevant healthcare certification in California
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Flexibility to work alternative weekends as needed
