Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Supervise and mentor weekend shift staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Optimize logistical processes to meet weekend delivery targets and KPIs
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain weekend service continuity
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Generate weekend performance reports and implement improvement strategies
- Manage weekend equipment maintenance and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or operations management experience
- Proven leadership skills with weekend shift supervision background
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- OSHA safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
