- Coordinate weekend shift operations across 3+ Houston locations
- Manage team scheduling and real-time workflow adjustments

- Generate weekend performance reports and improvement plans
- Train weekend staff on new processes and technologies
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shift management or operations coordination
- Proven weekend shift leadership experience
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours (weekends + some weekdays)
- Bachelor's degree in Operations or related field preferred
