Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate under time constraints.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
