Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, and organization of merchandise.
- Provide superior customer service by answering inquiries, processing transactions accurately, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockrooms are clean, organized, and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and verifying shipment accuracy against purchase orders.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets and operational goals.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress codes and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology (e.g., tablets, scanners).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and assist with equipment operations.
