Responsibilities
- Lead weekend logistics operations for 50+ team members across 3 fulfillment centers
- Optimize inventory management systems for weekend peak-hour demands
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with regional managers to execute weekend expansion strategies
- Train and mentor weekend staff on new technologies and procedures
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication for seamless weekend transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/supply chain management with weekend shift experience
- Proven leadership in high-volume operational environments
- Strong proficiency in WMS and inventory control systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Ability to work independently during weekend operations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with weekend staff scheduling and labor optimization
