Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend logistics operations including shipment tracking, warehouse coordination, and delivery scheduling
- Manage inventory control systems with precision accuracy and real-time data updates
- Serve as primary client liaison for weekend inquiries, resolving issues within SLA timeframes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including drivers, warehouse staff, and support departments
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend operational efficiency
- Generate weekend performance reports and KPI analysis for leadership review
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
- Proven weekend availability and experience in non-traditional schedules
- Proficient in WMS/TMS platforms and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
