Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve daily operational targets and KPIs
- Implement and optimize safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Monitor real-time logistics data to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely deliveries
- Train and mentor weekend staff on equipment operation and company procedures
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition and continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Proven leadership skills managing teams of 5+ personnel
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory tracking
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making
- Availability to work flexible weekend schedules (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)
- Valid California driver's license required
