Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operational workflows and ensure service SLA compliance
- Coordinate with on-call engineers to resolve technical escalations
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules for weekend equipment
- Train weekend staff on updated protocols and systems
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend stakeholder communications
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations or technical support roles
- Experience managing weekend or shift-based schedules
- Proficiency in JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred
