Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations and logistics during weekend shifts.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 5-10 employees to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and operational issues in real-time.
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency strategies.
- Coordinate with the weekday management team to ensure continuity of operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management or logistics.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
