Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ weekend warehouse associates and delivery drivers
- Coordinate all weekend inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement and optimize weekend logistics workflows for maximum efficiency
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage weekend inventory counts and reconciliation procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to weekday management
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations/supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Proven track record managing weekend or overnight shift teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-peak hours
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Experience with route optimization and delivery coordination
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
