Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ weekend warehouse staff, scheduling and performance management
- Coordinate weekend inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Implement lean operational improvements to boost weekend efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain service SLAs
- Conduct weekend safety compliance audits and training sessions
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with weekday teams for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Data analysis experience with KPI tracking
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
