Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend venue operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences during peak weekend hours
- Implement and maintain safety protocols while optimizing operational efficiency
- Develop weekly performance reports and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Coordinate with department heads to align weekend activities with overall business objectives

Qualifications
