Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and professionalism during weekend high-traffic periods
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Execute weekend promotional events and special guest activities
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff to uphold service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
