Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury hospitality or premium customer service
- Proven weekend availability flexibility (Sat-Sun shifts)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work in fast-paced weekend environments
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Fluent in English with Spanish preferred
