Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments and care during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Respond to emergencies following established protocols
- Participate in weekend patient education and discharge planning
- Support weekend operational workflows and team coordination
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital/clinic setting
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Advanced knowledge of emergency response protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend schedules
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Commitment to continuous professional development
