Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Perform clinical assessments and maintain accurate medical records
- Administer medications and treatment protocols per physician orders
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in nursing or related field (BSN preferred)
- Current TN state license (RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong weekend availability and flexibility
- Electronic health records proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environment
