Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and medical records during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure seamless treatment continuity
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health records
- Respond to patient inquiries and emergencies with clinical precision
- Conduct health assessments and provide patient education
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field required
- Current California RN or LVN license mandatory
- 2+ years clinical experience in hospital or outpatient setting
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend schedules
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
