Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor patient vitals and document medical records accurately in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field required; Bachelor's preferred
- Active state licensure as RN or LPN with valid DEA certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital or outpatient setting
- BLS/CPR certification and up-to-date immunization records
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
