Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Respond to emergencies and provide urgent interventions
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current state licensure (RN, LPN, or CNA)
- 1+ years clinical experience in hospital/long-term care
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if required for travel)
