Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and treatment schedules during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless healthcare delivery
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Current Maryland RN or LPN license required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care or outpatient setting
- Valid BLS/CPR certification

- Strong proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
