Responsibilities
- Client Retention: Proactively manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates during weekend shifts.
- Issue Resolution: Lead the investigation and resolution of complex client escalations with a focus on speed and empathy.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Training Support: Assist in onboarding new staff members and conducting weekend training sessions.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our weekend workflows and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer success or account management, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as a core part of a full-time schedule.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Location: Must reside within Oakland, CA.
