Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming stock with high attention to detail.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and adhere to strict packaging standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be able to work scheduled weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and physical inventory counts.
- Availability: Must be available for overtime during peak seasons.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand safety instructions and job orders.
