Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during weekend operations.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and organization of retail or service areas.
- Ensure the sales floor and work areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and service standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Perform light physical duties including lifting boxes or equipment up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the Seattle location.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
